a little about me
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, I moved to Denver in 2007 where
the abundance of sunshine and awe-inspiring nature nourish my soul. Navigating the challenges, traumas, growth, and healing of my own lived experience sparked the inspiration to support others as they navigate their life journeys. Thus, I returned to graduate school in my mid-40's and received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University. I also possess two undergraduate degrees in fine art and graphic design.
I launched my private practice in September of 2020 and hold the authority to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC.0017994) while I fulfill the requirements established by the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) to obtain status as a Licensed Professional Counselor. In addition, I am credentialed as a National Certified Counselor (NCC.1546757). In compliance with the state, I receive supervision from Christina Murphy (LPC.0006282); a well-respected member of the Denver mental health community.
